Once you have been identified as a candidate for a roleconsultant will provide full and open disclosure on the nature of the position and client organization.

Communication

During process of sourcing and employment the consultant will provide timely progressas the search progresses and respond to candidate inquiries. In line with client agreement the consultant will also provide an honest appraisal of where the candidate does and does not seem to be a fit, and will be forthcoming if the client chooses to end the candidacy.

Confidentiality

The unintended disclosure of candidate’s interest in a new position can be highly disruptive. The consultant protects the confidentiality of the candidate’s interest and other information.
